About This Blog

Heal With Habits is where I document what I’m learning on my journey to live healthier, physically, mentally, and emotionally, while fighting cancer. As I explore foods, supplements, routines, and mindset shifts that support healing, I’ll be sharing my discoveries here. Think of it as a growing library of insights, habits, and real-world experiments in health, all grounded in my personal experience.

Why I Do This

I’m Samuel, a husband, father, and cancer survivor. After facing life’s toughest battles, I rebuilt my health and mindset one habit at a time. Now, I’m sharing what I’ve learned about healing, longevity, and living with purpose. Every routine matters. Every day is a chance to get stronger.
